Which coaching option is for me?

You only need to register for 1 months coaching and it is at a 20% discounted rate!!! That’s your only commitment!!!!
After 1 month working together, I hope you will stay on….people usually do because its great to be a part of such a welcoming, non-judgemental community of people….but you are under no obligation to, there are no contractual ties beyond 1 months coaching.
Gold Package
Initial 30 minute video call or in person meeting to discuss goals.
Weekly progress check ins every Monday before 9am - these are your photos, weight & measurements, plus how your week has been & any ques you may have. Done via whatsapp with same day feedback & any adjustments to your plan.
Calories & macronutrients set for you, with any adjustments as necessary based on your development.
Bespoke training plan set for you, in line with your lifestyle & fitness requirements. Reviewed every 6 weeks.
Check in one to one 15 minute catch up call weekly.
2 x 45 minutes one to one gym or zoom call personal training sessions.
Zoom call group coaching once per month.
Be part of our private clients facebook group community, any challenges, charity events, meet ups will be offered in here.
