My name is Hollie Mcvittie, I am a L4 Personal Trainer, GP/exercise referral practitioner specialising in diabetes & obesity, a competitive bodybuilder, and fitness & nutrition coach.

I created Joy Training in April 2020 to share some of the Joy that fitness has always given me with others, and help people realise what is possible for them physically and emotionally.

When you work with me in Joy Training, my coaching ethos is to build your confidence in your own capabilities & help you discover how great it feels to invest into your health pension!!
What is my ‘health pension’?
This is the term I coined to describe investing time, money, thought & care into your physical & emotional wellbeing.

Much like we invest money into a financial pension fund, we seldom pay the same attention to our own health - this is a real shame!

Feeling happy, fit, strong, independent, confident & capable is a life worth living!

Joy Training is not a ‘get ripped quick’ solution…I aim to help you learn the behaviours that lead to long term success. So when you achieve your body goals you will know how to maintain them too!

With me you can develop at your own pace, learn how to train intelligently & with confidence, and learn how to eat in the best way for your goals.

Most importantly we can make adjustments in any of these areas if your goals or lifestyle change - thats why coaching is so useful, adjustments need to be made over time.

Giving back via charity events, challenges where you can win prizes, in person get togethers, and zoom call teachings….. I offer a variety of tools to help you stay on track & feeling inspired!!

  • Access to a library of 4 week training plans created for the gym, for home with weights, or purely bodyweight workouts.
  • ​Access to my app to log your weights, reps, my in-depth demonstration videos for each exercise and ability to view your history to see your progress over time in your training.
  • ​With a rolling subscription, you can repeat one training plan for more than 4 weeks or begin a new one.
